Role Overview

As a Trainer, your role is pivotal in enhancing the student learning experience. You will deliver and assess high-quality, compliant, and engaging training that aligns with RGIT's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, as well as regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver barista training sessions that are practical, interactive, and aligned with industry standards.
• Provide one-on-one and group instruction to students.
• Teach the fundamentals of coffee preparation, machine operation, and customer service.
• Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of training and assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.

What We're Looking For

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience as a barista in a professional setting.
• In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and machine operations.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
