Job Description

The Senior Account Executive aims to be a trusted business partner to our radio ratings clients in Australia, working with them our clients to support their business. They will make the difference by being the face of our company and its media solutions. In addition to client service functions such as client training and support, the Senior Account Executive will also assist in some contract negotiations and data quality checks.

This position represents fixed-term maternity cover, lasting months.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a valued partner to our clients
  • Become an expert in the market
  • Ensure effective and efficient client training and onboarding of new clients
  • Educate customers about the most relevant features/functionalities for their specific business needs
  • Liaise directly with the industry on all survey based related collateral
  • Run final quality checks for the GfK Radio Ratings seal of quality
  • Develop fact-based answers to complex key business questions
  • Help improve renewal rate by demonstrating clear business outcome and value
Qualifications
  • Ideally1-2yearsofexperienceinmedia/radioindustry
  • Excellentlanguageskills
  • Strongpresentationandcommunicationskills, client-centricapproach
  • Proactiveandconsistentengagementwithmulti-disciplinedteams
  • Abilitytoaddressreal-worldbusinessproblemsanalytically
  • Drivingdelivery ofresultsforclients &GfK with a strong attention to detail
  • Eagernesstolearn,openmindset,team spirit,andanentrepreneurialattitude
  • Strongskills in Salesforce and MSOfficeapplicationssuchasExcelandPowerPoint.
