Overview

Divisional Finance Director – ANZ | Global MNC

Shape strategy. Lead performance. Drive results.

We are seeking a seasoned Divisional Finance Director to lead the ANZ finance function for a high-performing business unit of a global multinational (BU annual turnover USD $400M+). This is a critical leadership role, reporting to the Divisional CFO, with a remit spanning financial reporting, tax, treasury, and commercial finance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-calibre finance team across both onshore and offshore locations
  • Oversee end-to-end financial management including statutory reporting, compliance, treasury, and commercial performance analysis
  • Partner with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions and deliver sustainable growth
  • Ensure governance, risk management, and process excellence across the region
Qualifications
  • CPA qualified, Big 4 trained, with 15+ years' experience in finance
  • Proven success in large, complex multinational organisations
  • Significant leadership experience managing direct reports and remote/offshore teams
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver actionable insights
  • Track record of driving both financial and operational improvements in complex environments
