The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with proven experience in fit out and refurbishment projects. You\'ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and delivery excellence while working closely with Project Managers and subcontractors.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing site activities and managing subcontractors to meet project milestones
  • Driving site safety and compliance through regular inspections and corrective actions
  • Coordinating with the Project Manager, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
  • Managing quality control to ensure all works meet specifications
  • Leading site teams with a hands-on, proactive approach
About You
  • 3+ years\' experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Foreperson in fit out/refurb projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology, safety, and compliance
  • A proactive leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Trade qualification or degree in Construction Management preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
