What You'll Do

  • Achieve and exceed new business and existing accounts KPI's, Pipeline, & Revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis.
  • Work with existing and prospective Enterprise clients across New South Wales to drive positive customer experiences whilst achieving sales targets.
  • Develop and proactively execute against a strategic territory plan to achieve targets.
  • Drive cross functional team engagement to ensure both existing clients and prospective client account plans are executed to perfection.
  • Lead executive level relationships with customer executives, and attend and present at quarterly business reviews.
  • Work closely with Channel Partners to drive revenue and support their partnership requirements.
  • Have a proactive hunter mentality focused on driving great engagements for customers, prospects, and partners to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new business prospects.
  • Manage reporting of KPI's and CRM housekeeping.
  • Execute against a structured sales methodology and process.
  • Attend meetings with other company functions to perform duties and aid development.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management insights.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 5-7+ years IT or SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven achievement against sales KPIs, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Experience in both Direct & In-Direct sales roles is desirable.
  • Experience in value-based solution selling; familiarity with MEDDPICC/Command of the Message/Challenger Sale is a plus.
  • Proactive, data-driven, results-oriented mindset with a positive outlook.
  • Comfortable in a high-performance, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree Level education (preferred but not required).

The OTE salary range for this position is $290,000 - $430,000 base + benefits, including incentives and other benefits. Salary depends on role, level, location, individual capabilities, and experience.
