About Us

Founded in 2014, Step by Step Psychology operates from Blackburn and Nunawading, and is dedicated to excellence in child and adolescent mental health. Our progressive practice continually evolves to meet the needs of both our clients and our team.

Our neurodiverse caseload includes both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients presenting with challenges such as anxiety, mood difficulties, school-related concerns, and emotional regulation needs. Formal assessments for autism, ADHD, and learning disorders are also a core part of our services.

The Role: Psychologist - Clinical Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Psychologist (AHPRA registered) to take on the role of ourPsychology Team Leaderto lead, mentor, and support our talented team of clinicians at our Blackburn clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and support to a team of psychologists.
• Lead and mentor clinicians to enhance their growth and development.
• Deliver high-quality Psychological interventions and/or assessments.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the practice, bringing fresh ideas and insights.
• Enjoy a varied role that allows you to play to your strengths while making a real impact.
• Opportunity to develop online and in person training programs.

Endorsement in Educational and Developmental Psychology is highly regarded but not essential.
