The Opportunity

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join the Melbourne-based Finance team. This role supports the financial integration of Australian operations with Ayesa's global systems, particularly SAP, and takes on responsibilities in financial control and project support.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Upload and reconcile financial data within Ayesa's global SAP system
  • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis across business units
  • Contribute to financial integration initiatives and group reporting requirements
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support internal stakeholders
  • Assist with project tracking and cost analysis
  • Maintain accuracy of financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Liaise with international finance teams to support alignment and data consistency
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline (with coursework in accounting or financial management preferred)
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally in a corporate or consulting environment
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
