We're on the lookout for a Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team at Lanson Place Parliament Gardens — a beautifully designed, boutique-style 5 star hotel.

If you're passionate about people, love building relationships, and want to kickstart or grow your career in hotel sales, this could be your moment.

What you'll be doing

• Helping us grow our corporate, group, and long-stay business.
• Responding to enquiries, putting together proposals, and following up with leads.
• Hosting hotel site tours (yep, show off our stunning spaces).
• Helping us grow our corporate, group, events and long-stay business.
• Researching new business opportunities and supporting outreach campaigns.
• Attending networking events and building your profile in the industry.
• Working closely with our Sales & Marketing team and operations teams to make sure everything flows from booking to check-out.

What we're looking for

• Someone with energy, initiative, and confidence to speak with clients.
• Ideally 2 years' experience in hotel sales, reservations, or events — or another guest/client-facing role. Great communication and organisation skills.
• A friendly, thoughtful personality who's not afraid to pick up the phone or pitch in as needed.
