Role: Business Banking Manager - Chermside QLD at NAB.



Responsibilities
  • Discover new business and referral prospects while building, expanding, and leveraging networks of internal and external contacts.
  • Preserve and improve your portfolio's credit risk profile while optimising profitability.
  • Launch initiatives to foster customer growth in the local market and execute annual business plans for your portfolio.
  • Work with internal specialists to best serve your customers.
  • Keep up with market trends, competitive offering and regulatory changes to offer strategic insights that can enhance client acquisition and retention efforts.


Qualifications
  • A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships
  • Seasoned business banking and relationship management experience
  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB's values and behaviours
  • Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
  • Experience in lending for small to medium sized business customers $1 to $10M.
