What's on offer?
Fulton Hogan Construction is looking for a Bid Manager to join the Eastern region. You will drive the coordination and management of all required resources to deliver high quality tender submissions. You will be involved from beginning to end in the bid process, from the ROI phase through to tendering, award and mobilisation to site, identifying and confirming the submission requirements of relevant tender documentation. As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will also focus on:

Reviewing and interpreting the job brief, specifications, drawings to comprehend the complexities, resourcing requirements etc.
Establishing and coordinating bidding schedule.
Engaging with internal resources to ensure that appropriate reviews are undertaken of tender documentation.
Proactively lead the proposed strategy and construction methodology of the job with project/estimating teams and build suitable program which supports this.
Securing internal bidding approvals including CEO and MD presentations
Submit documentation and liaise with client throughout the process.
Participate in bid handover to operations.

How you'll connect to the role?
To be successful for this role you will have experience as a Bid Manager or a Project Manager and hold relevant tertiary qualification. You will have a broad understanding of design, project planning, construction and commissioning as well as demonstrated experience in delivering successful and profitable tenders. Your ability to follow a defined process, fully understand tender documentation and communicate to the wider estimating/project teams will see you thrive in this position.
