Commercial Finance Manager

Are you a strategic finance leader ready to make a real commercial impact? We're partnering with a global organisation that supports clients across hospitality, healthcare, industrial and food sectors, helping them achieve operational excellence and long-term sustainability.

In this high-impact role, you will work closely with Sales and Commercial leaders to shape pricing strategies, drive gross margin improvement and deliver insights that influence critical business decisions. You will also lead and develop a high-performing finance team, while mentoring an FP&A analyst and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to evaluate opportunities and optimise pricing

• Lead financial modelling, scenario analysis and commercial decision support

• Drive gross margin improvement initiatives across product lines and customer segments

• Manage and develop two direct reports, supporting their growth and performance

• Mentor an FP&A analyst to improve forecasting, planning and reporting consistency

• Identify and implement finance and pricing process improvements

• Communicate financial insights clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders

About You

• CA or CPA qualified with strong commercial finance or business partnering experience

• Skilled in financial modelling, pricing analysis and strategic decision-making

• Confident working with sales-driven stakeholders and influencing at senior levels

• Experienced in managing or mentoring finance professionals

• Proactive and collaborative, with a passion for driving business performance
