Part of the Singapore based Pacific International Lines Group, PIL AU has been offering regular liner services across all major ports in Australia, for over 30 years.

About the Role

We have fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic and ambitious Customer Service Officers to support our team in Brisbane. You will join a friendly and supportive team that has a wealth of industry experience and is dedicated to delivering amazing customer service and will support your professional growth and career.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will work to support our local customer service team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will maintain and develop relationships with our clients, while assisting them with their enquiries and helping to complete their bookings.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be an excellent communicator over email and phone
  • Have a passion for delivering world-class customer service.
  • Be well organised and adept at managing your time
  • Have experience in meeting deadlines whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working both in a team and independently.
  • Have basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Have a general interest and knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry. Prior experience in the Australian / New Zealand shipping industry is highly desirable, but not essential
