Role Overview:

As the Officer Administrator at Sentinel Property Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of our office administration while providing crucial support to our Executive Committee. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from general administrative duties to scheduling and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with the office team, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Coordinate correspondence, courier, email, and mail management for efficient communication.
  • Procure and oversee the maintenance of office equipment to support daily activities.
  • Manage boardroom bookings and meeting setups, ensuring seamless arrangements.
  • Ensure office operations and equipment are in good working order for staff productivity.
  • Assist in managing Executive Committee meetings and organising travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate information flow for Senior Executives to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Develop and distribute internal communications to keep staff informed.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
  • Operate audio-visual equipment for meetings and presentations.
  • Manage IT setup, troubleshoot issues, and procure necessary equipment.
  • Monitor security systems and printers for office security.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong demonstrated experience in an office administration role (required)
  • Relevant qualifications in business administration (highly desirable).
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office 365 tools.
  • Good understanding of IT procurement and fundamental technology proficiency.
  • Maintain a positive attitude with a passion for the Real Estate Industry.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
