Overview

Join Dilate, a leading digital marketing agency in Perth, to apply for the Junior Digital Producer role. You will work within our Digital Production Pods, supporting the production team with project execution, quality assurance and content population. We value ideas, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn as we grow.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct multi-browser and device testing using tools like Lambda and real devices.
  • Identify and resolve issues to ensure the flawless functioning of digital projects.
  • Populate content on WordPress websites; basic WordPress knowledge required. Training will be provided to learn ACF (a page builder similar to Divi).
  • Assist in scheduling and project management tasks using Accelo (no prior experience required; some PM/time tracking software experience is preferable).
  • Collaborate with Digital Producers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Contribute to Website Training Manuals to help clients navigate their new websites.
  • Assist with other duties to ensure the smooth operation of the Digital Production team.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Genuine passion for marketing, business, branding and people; interest in web user experience and new technologies.
  • Interest in staying up to date with design trends and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Experience in scheduling projects; familiarity with project management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work with a team and take ownership to get things done.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
