The Location
Seaton Place, a brand new state-of-the-art 128 bed residential aged care facility located in the heart of the coastal community of Cleveland with ample free parking and transport options.

The Role

As an Assistant in Nursing you'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
  • Support and care for residents as they age and assist them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
  • Assist residents with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
  • Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
  • Ensure an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.
To be successful, you will have
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Experience in care role highly regarded
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Complete a police check
  • Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of a Covid-19 vaccination
