Job Title : Marketing Assistant (Part-time or Full-time)

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to take on a hands-on, varied role in a supportive, high-energy environment.

The Role :

This is a dynamic, hands-on role that will support both business operations and marketing execution. You'll work closely with our leadership team to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while helping bring campaigns to life across both digital and traditional channels.

What does the role involve?

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing marketing campaigns
  • Manage CRM updates, reporting, and client communications
  • Support content creation for social media, email, and print
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and internal workflows
  • Liaise with suppliers, freelancers, and external partners

Who are we looking for?

This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on the right candidate. We're open to applicants with a range of experience, but what matters most is your ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and support a fast-moving team.

Key Skills and Experience :

Experience in an administrative, marketing, or business support roleFamiliarity with content creation and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar)Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems, marketing platforms, and basic reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Excel)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and prioritiesGreat written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt quickly

This role would suit someone who is :

Studying or has a qualification in marketing, communications, or business (or related field)Looking for a varied role where no two days are the sameKeen to grow in a supportive, high-energy environment
