This is a 3-month temporary opportunity with a possibility of extension. Start Date: October 7, 2025. Location: Naarm (Melbourne). After the training period, you'll have the opportunity to work from home four days a week. The role operates on an 8.5-hour shift schedule, typically between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
This role is based in Melbourne with flexible working arrangements to support performance in a high-volume environment.
Your RoleAs a Temporary Motor Claims Consultant, you'll work in a high-energy environment, assisting customers who are experiencing significant life events. Your role will involve supporting customers and coordinating with external stakeholders to efficiently lodge and manage claims and inquiries.

This dynamic role provides excellent exposure. You'll respond to a high volume of inbound calls and provide subject matter expertise to customers on effective complaints management processes to support positive outcomes.
About You- Strong technical experience in the insurance claims industry is advantageous.
- Strong phone conversation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, listen and resolve customer enquiries
- Demonstrated resilience and empathy towards customers
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Proficient with computers & systems - juggling multiple software systems at the same time
