The Opportunity : Are you a strategic leader with deep expertise in the truck industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? IVECO ANZ is seeking a highly motivated Head of Customer Services to lead our Parts Sales, Service and Technical departments, with oversight across parts operations, material management, warranty, and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth, optimise inventory management, and ensure high-quality service delivery across customer service operations.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams; implement strategic sales and service plans; collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with broader business objectives.
  • Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, streamlining operations, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proven track record in parts sales and service management within the commercial truck or heavy vehicle sector.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
