Felons Brewing Co. is a modern-day brewery nestled under Story Bridge on the banks of the Brisbane River. Every day, we roll up our doors with a smile – brewing balanced beer which remains connected to nature and all that is good about Brisbane.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming every guest with warmth, personality, and professionalism
  • Managing guest expectations and wait times with confidence and care
  • Communicating closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
  • Upholding our high service standards and bringing positive energy to every shift
  • Supporting pre- and post-service briefings and transitions
  • Turning over tables during service, managing guests waiting and waiting times, ensuring that guests waiting are comfortably
  • Serving guests, taking food and drink orders

What we're looking for:

  • Availability across Friday, Saturday and Sunday is essential
  • Passion for people and delivering thoughtful, engaging guest interactions
  • Confident using booking systems and coordinating floor movements
  • Calm and composed under pressure, with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of our venues and offerings (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • A positive, proactive team player with a can-do attitude
  • Hold a valid Queensland RSA
