Base pay range

A$65,000.00/yr - A$67,000.00/yr

About the Role

As a Graduate Consultant, you'll work directly with clients and experienced consultants to solve complex problems, improve business outcomes and support large-scale transformation. This is a business-facing role where you'll act as an advisor, facilitator and analyst across a range of exciting engagements.

You'll gain experience in

Who We're Looking For

We're after graduates who are analytical and curious, with confident communication and natural relationship-building skills. You'll thrive in collaborative environments and be energized by solving problems that matter.

Ideal candidates will be
  • Recent graduates (or graduating by late 2025) in Business, Economics, Information Technology
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Strong in critical thinking, data analysis and written communication
  • Interested in financial services, superannuation or consulting
  • Team-oriented, proactive and adaptable
