An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Legal Assistant to join our team in Sydney on a permanent basis.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Float Legal Assistant to work in our Sydney office supporting both transactionaland litigation-based practices. This is a full-time role and part-time will not be considered.

Responsibilities will include the following :

  • Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries;
  • Diary management;
  • Archiving;
  • Coordinating team meetings / events;
  • and File management.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' experience as a legal assistant. You will have excellent communicationand diary management skills, with a client service focus. You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting and havethe ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative. Strong attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines willbe beneficial. The core office hours are 8.30am to 5pm. We are open to receiving applications from law students who can work full time.
