Job Title: Float Legal Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented legal assistant to support our Sydney CBD office. As a float legal assistant, you will have the opportunity to work across various practice areas and develop your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in the legal industry or law students who are able to commit to full-time work. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and handling phone calls and client inquiries.

You will also prepare and format legal documents, including dictation typing, and manage files and matters. Additionally, you will coordinate billing and provide general administrative support to our team.

  • The Ideal Candidate:

  • Keen to learn, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
