We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Leader to oversee our FlowerHQ operations in South Australia. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage sales, operations, and team performance to ensure excellence across the board.

Drive sales performance through strategic planning and client engagement

Build strong relationships with key retail partners

Collaborate on promotional campaigns and analyse sales trends

Operations & Inventory

Oversee receiving, processing, and dispatch of floral products

Ensure stock accuracy, freshness, and high merchandising standards

Manage logistics and order fulfilment

Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team

Foster a positive, collaborative, and safe work environment

Conduct performance reviews and support staff development

Manage site budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities

Prepare sales and operational reports

Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, SQF, HARPS, CoR, and WHS standards

Proven experience in sales and warehouse operations (FMCG preferred)

Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams

Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of WHS, compliance, and injury management

Floristry experience or qualifications are a bonus
