Our Store Operations Team:

  • We are looking for a professional who can lead our daily store operations and support their team to provide exceptional service to our customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step. They will also have demonstrable retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations. Additionally, they should have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge and be flexible with availability.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily store operations and supervise team members.
  2. Skillfully coach and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  3. Ensure a safe work environment for all staff and customers.
  4. Contribute to a positive team culture by being an excellent role model.
  5. Occasionally take on opening and closing responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Have previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step.
  • Demonstrate retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations.
  • Have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.
  • Be flexible with availability and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Physically capable of performing the duties of the role (including handling products).
