Gingerlilly Sleepwear is a growing luxury sleepwear brand known for its elegant, high-quality designs and commitment to delivering unparalleled comfort.

Are you passionate about fashion retail and delivering excellent customer service? We're looking for motivated Sales Assistants to join our very first store in Melbourne CBD. In this role you will support day to day store operations, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and contribute to the continued growth of our brand.

What You'll Do

  • Provide friendly, genuine service to every customer.
  • Assist with styling advice and product knowledge to drive sales.
  • Maintain a beautifully presented store in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Support daily store operations including stock management and replenishment.
  • Assist with in-store promotions and seasonal updates in collaboration with the head office Marketing team.
  • Be a proud Gingerlilly brand ambassador in-store and beyond.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
  • Visual merchandising or styling interest is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer service techniques.
  • Availability to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak trade times.
