About Us

Hyperion Systems is a WA-based advanced manufacturing startup building large-format 3D printing systems to solve real-world challenges in infrastructure, marine, and architecture. We're looking for a sharp, self-directed marketing generalist to take ownership of content and communication — someone who understands how to create, plan, and distribute marketing that cuts through.

This is a hands-on role in a growing company. You'll actively shape how our work is seen — from product launches to project stories — and help build a distinctive voice for Australian-made industrial innovation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan and schedule social content (LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube) based on active projects and company milestones
  • Draft, edit, and publish blog articles, case studies, and email newsletters
  • Maintain and evolve a living content calendar tied to business priorities
  • Create marketing assets — graphics, reels, videos, landing pages — to support campaigns and updates
  • Report on content performance using basic analytics tools to inform improvements

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of marketing, communications, or content experience — agency, freelance, or in-houseStrong written and visual communication skills, with examples of real content you've producedFamiliar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content toolsOrganised, proactive, and confident working autonomously from concept to deliveryComfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting prioritiesBased in Perth — remote work only when necessary

Bonus If You Have

Experience in B2B, manufacturing, tech, or sustainability sectorsShort-form video production or visual storytelling capabilitiesFamiliarity with SEO, email marketing tools, or marketing automation platforms
