International Salon Supplies is seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy and results-driven Marketing Coordinator. This isn't a strategy-only or campaign-planning role, this is about daily, consistent execution across all content and channels.

If you're organised, creative, and know your way around design tools, video editing, and social media platforms, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

Creating & Editing Video Content: Shooting and editing videos using CapCut for use across web & social channels.

Graphic Design Work: Using Canva (and our extensive library of templates and assets) to create:

  • Social media posts
  • Email content
  • Website graphics
  • Product listing images
  • Flyers, posters and in-store visual content

Copywriting: For web, social, email and physical print channels (SEO optimised where relevant)

Social Media Management:

  • Posting and scheduling to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
  • Engaging with followers and maintaining brand consistency

Email Marketing:

  • Using Omnisend to create and send marketing emails to targeted lists
  • Setting up and managing automated workflows and email journeys

Event Coordination: Helping plan and execute our customer education and engagement events

Analytics & Reporting (bonus if you have this):

  • Reviewing performance metrics from Meta, TikTok, Omnisend, GA4, Search Console etc.
  • Making small adjustments and content decisions based on real data

Who You Are:

  • You have strong hands-on skills with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms (eg. Omnisend), or are a quick and motivated learner with experience using other, similar tools.
  • You enjoy being productive and ticking things off the list, not just sitting around brainstorming
  • You can move quickly, but still maintain quality and brand consistency
  • You're comfortable managing your own workload and working autonomously
  • You thrive in a small, tight-knit team where your output has a real impact

What This Role Is Not:

  • It's not a high-level strategy, branding or team leadership role
  • It's not suited to marketers who want to spend more time planning than executing
  • It's not a role for someone wanting to explore marketing theory or general admin work
