Due to rapid growth, Genus Infrastructure is seeking a Business Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive team in Kewdale.

The Role

Due to rapid growth, Genus Infrastructure is seeking a Business Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive team in Kewdale.

The successful candidate will have administration experience working with project teams in a fast-paced environment in the utilities/construction or resource industries.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the BSO's role is to coordinate and carry out the day-to-day administrative tasks to assist the project team in achieving company and project goals. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and mobilisation of personnel
• Booking pre-employment medicals, collecting licences, tickets and qualifications by site requirements.
• Updating and maintaining the training matrix to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Cross-checking time sheet submissions for blue-collar personnel using definitiv.
• Booking and managing flights and accommodation.
• Paid on-call weekend support where required during peak mobilisation periods.
• Assist with ADHOC duties as required.
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum 2+ years customer service or administration experience
• A flexible outlook, with a willingness to learn.
• Accurate data entry & strong attention to detail skills
• Strong organisational skills.
