The Role Due to rapid growth, Genus Infrastructure is seeking a Business Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive team in Kewdale.
The successful candidate will have administration experience working with project teams in a fast-paced environment in the utilities/construction or resource industries.
Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the BSO's role is to coordinate and carry out the day-to-day administrative tasks to assist the project team in achieving company and project goals.
Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and mobilisation of personnel Booking pre-employment medicals, collecting licences, tickets and qualifications by site requirements.
Updating and maintaining the training matrix to ensure ongoing compliance.
Cross-checking time sheet submissions for blue-collar personnel using definitiv.
Booking and managing flights and accommodation.
Paid on-call weekend support where required during peak mobilisation periods.
Assist with ADHOC duties as required.
What you will bring to the team: Minimum 2+ years customer service or administration experience A flexible outlook, with a willingness to learn.
Accurate data entry & strong attention to detail skills Strong organisational skills.
