Inbound phone-based customer service / admin. Support internal & external customers with general enquiries + business operations. Location: Rowville. Working days: Monday to Friday.

Due to growth and internal promotion, we're excited to invite you to apply for this Customer Service role (no sales involved). We call this role "Customer Service Representative," based in Rowville.

We have a new position that is a vital part of our customer service team. The role involves responding to enquiries from our team members and some from the public. Versatility and flexibility are essential, as you will switch between phone support and operational administrative tasks. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with a 5:30 pm finish.

Incoming enquiries may relate to retail, trade, systems, promotions, and more. This fast-paced, engaging role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with stakeholders and participate in process administration and continuous improvement initiatives. No two days are the same—an ideal position for those looking to start a career in an office environment.

Duties:

  1. Inbound phone-based enquiries
  2. Email-based enquiries
  3. General administrative support
  4. Customer service
  5. Problem solving
  6. Complaints resolution
