About Us

George Brand Holiday Management is part of the well-established George Brand Real Estate Group, proudly managing a growing portfolio of premium short‑term rental properties across the Central Coast. We deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximise returns for our owners through quality, efficiency and care.

As our holiday division expands, we're looking for anOperations Managerto take the reins and lead day-to-day operations – someone who thrives on refining systems, lifting standards, and growing alongside the business.

The Role

This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with our holiday management team to:

  • Lead daily operations and ensure every property is guest‑ready.
  • Manage cleaning rosters, stock and quality control checks.
  • Drive process improvements and change management initiatives.
  • Onboard new properties and nurture owner relationships.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex guest or owner issues.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and support portfolio growth.

We're looking for someone who sets the standard, rolls up their sleeves and leads from the front – balancing strategy with practical support.

What We're Looking For

  • Class 2 Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain).
  • Background in holiday rentals, hospitality or property management.
  • Proven leadership experience – mentoring teams and driving results.
  • Confident with tech, apps and dashboards for workflow management.
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Knowledge of STRA Code of Conduct (desirable but can be trained).
