We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full time Coordinator - Information Systems in our Bunbury office.

About the role:

This role encompasses Process and Systems Support, Mobile Computing Device Management, Data Management and Reporting.

You will provide expertise, support, and solutions for our Operational Information Systems, including SAP and Maximo, PDA troubleshooting.

As a critical thinker, you will analyse and report on reactive issues and anomalies in relation to the systems we use in the operational space.

You will provide guidance to our field workers on data capture requirements of the field work processes, and with valuable real-time digital technology monitor field compliance with outage management.

As a problem-solver, you will evaluate resource utilisation, cost allocation and efficiency of work orders.

Focus Areas and Accountabilities

Provide expert support in the use of information technology business solutions including operational information systems and reporting tools to enable the efficient and effective delivery of field activities. Provide a "first point of call" support for user difficulties and escalate to Information Technology Group (ITG) and process custodians where necessary.

Provide individual and group training for operational staff in relation to the use of mobile computing devices and field data capture processes and corporate requirements.

Coordinate and implement corrective and preventative actions in response to identified functionality and performance issues and address non-conformances.

Identify issues and opportunities for improved deliver field services outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and considerableexperience organising and using workplace data, and considerable experience in providing technical and support services in operational information systems within an infrastructure-based organisation.

Substantial experience in providing technical and support services in operational information systems within an infrastructure-based organisation.
