As a hands-on leader, you'll have the flexibility to work across neighbouring stores as needed and actively engage with the team, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture that drives both individual and collective success.

You'll receive tailored coaching and training to help you develop a well-rounded perspective on all dusk operations and leadership and prepare you for your next career milestone within the network: becoming a Store Manager and leading your own team to success.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to work across neighbouring stores and to actively engage with teams.
  • Enjoys coaching and development opportunities to grow into a Store Manager role.
