Senior Estimator- Building Civil and concrete

We are a rapidly expanding building, civil, and concrete supply contractor based in Perth, with a strong pipeline of projects across the mining industry. Backed by technical expertise, modern equipment, and a reputation for delivery, we are now looking to further grow our presence and market share.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with real autonomy and leadership potential. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for estimating works and actively engaging with clients to drive new opportunities. With success, this role has a clear pathway toward profit share and future Share participation in the business.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit competitive tenders for Building civil and concrete projects

Engage with existing clients to secure repeat business and gather tender feedback

Proactively develop new client relationships and expand our market presence

Lead and manage estimating processes with autonomy and accountability

Support the ongoing growth of the business by identifying opportunities and delivering results

About You

To be considered, you will have:

Proven experience as an Estimator in the local Pilbara & Perth market,

Strong understanding of industry pricing, suppliers, and subcontractor networks

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships

A results-driven mindset with a passion for growth and business development
