You can help by donating your time as a Young Person Volunteer Mentor.
Responsibilities
Support individuals dealing with substance misuse and alcohol issues as part of the Southwark Young Person team.
Provide one-to-one support in the community, engaging in activities like discussing goals over coffee or researching job opportunities in a library. Flexibility, curiosity, and good listening skills are essential as no two sessions are the same.
We offer comprehensive training, ongoing advice and guidance, and a designated supervisor for support.
Volunteering with us allows you to gain valuable experience and skills while making a meaningful difference.
