Senior Payroll Officer
$65 per hour | 6-Month Contract | Government Department | Melbourne CBD (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join a busy government department on a 6-month contract. This is an additional resource to support an established payroll team during a high-volume period.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Chris21 is essential
  • Experience within the public service or Victorian Public Sector
  • Demonstrated experience managing redundancy calculations and processes
  • Solid generalist payroll experience including superannuation, terminations, and EA interpretation
  • Ability to manage confidential matters with discretion and accuracy
  • Additional adhoc duties where required
You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team, delivering high-quality payroll services in a complex environment.
