Experienced Sales and Marketing Manager required to join our client in Sydney in a full-time capacity. They are looking for someone with a proven track record in achieving business growth, developing comprehensive sales strategies, and building and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Development:

• Oversee the operational profitability of designated business units, ensuring efficiency and achieving financial targets within budget constraints.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Develop and implement structured development plans to enable team members to exceed commercial and individual KPIs.

Sales and Marketing Strategy:

• Direct the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies and set clear targets to maximise revenue growth, market share, and customer loyalty.
• Plan and implement annual divisional marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and consistent brand representation.
• Direct initiatives designed to promote the organisation's services to a broad audience, strengthening both brand visibility and client acquisition.

Stakeholder Engagement and Client Advisory:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic planning support, market insights, and customised solutions to meet hiring and growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and long-term collaboration.
• Provide personalised support to clients, addressing their needs and delivering exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.

Market Monitoring and Analysis:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to adapt strategies and maintain market leadership.
• Conduct research using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Statista, and IBISWorld to identify emerging opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Allocate resources effectively using project management tools to achieve strategic targets and enhance productivity.

Marketing and Advertising Execution:

• Direct the execution of targeted campaigns and promotional activities, generating increased engagement and reinforcing both brand image and loyalty.
• Track and analyse campaign performance metrics using platforms such as Google Analytics and Tableau, providing insights for ongoing optimisation.
• Represent the organisation in high-level negotiations, collaborations, and industry events to strengthen market presence and corporate reputation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another relevant field
• Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing management role, with a strong track record of achieving business growth and exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, client advisory, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and industry analysis platforms (e.g., Statista, IBISWorld).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
