Overview

Exciting opportunity for a day shift machine operator at Arnott's Marleston. This is a role for someone who can operate machinery in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, participating in a biscuit production line through mixing, forming, baking, and packaging processes.

Responsibilities
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver daily production requirements against performance criteria.
  • Set up, changeovers, operate, and troubleshoot equipment within Arnott's OH&S, Quality and Performance Standards.
  • Perform process area cleaning to maintain company compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.

The Ingredients for Success
  • Previous automated machine operating experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly regarded though not essential. Demonstrated ability to learn these skills will be advantageous.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a proven ability to troubleshoot on machines and problem solve product quality attributes.
  • Able to complete a full medical and mechanical aptitude testing upon request.
