Immediate Starts Available - Dry Creek Site Based Permanent Full-Time Positions - Afternoon & Night shifts Competitive Hourly Rate Tip Top Dry Creek are currently seeking full time Machine Operatives to join the team.
As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring our production runs smoothly, and adhering food safety standards in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Roster: Afternoon and Night Shifts Available.
Purpose of the Role Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient operation Inspect products during and after production for quality, ensuring that they meet the required specifications Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Record production data and report any issues to supervisors About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Have a strong safety mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets The ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team Physically fit with the ability to lift and move up to 20kgs Why Join Us?
