Your Opportunity

As a Senior Facilities Services Officer, you will:

  • Participate in projects involving infrastructure, planning, and asset management business activities, systems, policies, and programs.
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders, managers, and project teams on infrastructure and portfolio management matters.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation to support business improvements and best practice in infrastructure, planning, and asset management programs.
  • Work in teams to develop innovative and practical solutions aligned with recognised industry standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support consistent processes and best practice approaches.
  • Provide high-level advice and services to a broad range of stakeholders, focusing on client-centric facilities solutions.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare responses, reports, submissions, and briefing materials.
  • Manage operational activities within a team, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
  • Undertake additional team-specific activities as required.

  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong research, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultation abilities.
Additional Information
  • Some travel, including overnight stays, may be required.
  • Background checks and compliance with relevant legislation apply.
  • Blue Card required.
