About The Opportunity

Our Micromine Australia team, based in Brisbane, are currently seeking a Support Specialist to join them.

Being the largest and fastest-growing region of Micromine, this role will put you at the forefront of technical support for Micromine Spry customers, whilst also assisting with client training and product development.

  • Receive, respond to and resolve customer enquiries
  • Escalate technical issues and work with the dev team to resolve issues
  • Work with the customer to ensure the software is being used to its optimum
  • Provide clients with trainingand post go-live support
  • Provide reporting, insights, continual improvement recommendations as required

About You

Ideally you have experience within Software or SAAS support.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Experience with software or SAAS support, in a client facing role.
  • Ideally experience with C#
  • Comfortable with training customers on software.
  • Experience or exposure to the mining industry will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills.
