We're seeking a dynamic individual who embodies an entrepreneurial spirit. With an established customer base and potential to connect with new clients, you will be responsible for a territory extending southwest from Sydney, including Fairfield Heights, Lithgow, Bathurst, Dubbo, Camsie, Wollongong, Orange, Bowral, Wagga Wagga, and a regional trip to Canberra as part of the call cycle. Along with a competitive salary, you will receive a car allowance and have the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses (eligible immediately).
What You'll Do:
- Own and grow your territory with confidence and independence.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and connect with new ones.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed sales goals with enthusiasm and integrity.
- Drive market share growth.
- Grow distribution and enhance in-store visibility.
- Provide industry and product knowledge to retailers within your territory, focusing on category sustainability and profitability.
- Execute trade promotions aligned with state and national targets and priorities.
What You Bring:
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to opportunities.
- A natural ability to connect with people and build trust.
- A strong understanding of buying cycles and the confidence to close deals.
- Proven sales experience, ideally 1-2 years in FMCG/OTC sectors.
- A passion for natural health and wellness.
- Willingness to travel and manage your schedule independently.

This position reports to the National Sales Team Leader and is part of a team of Territory Managers across the country.
