The Opportunity
Leapfrogger is seeking a visionaryDigital Operations Directorto lead and evolve our digital delivery ecosystem. This newly created leadership role is responsible for building a stable, scalable platform for growth across our studio, performance, and programmatic teams. You'll be the operational architect behind our performance-driven campaigns, ensuring seamless execution, cross-functional alignment, and future-ready systems.
We're looking for someone who's not just operationally sharp—but forward-thinking. Someone who's excited about integrating AI into digital marketing workflows and has a proven track record of driving strategic, performance-led growth in dynamic agency environments.
About You
You're a dynamic operator with a strategic mindset and a passion for digital innovation. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex problems, and have a strong grasp of performance marketing, growth strategy, and operational excellence. You're excited by the potential of AI and automation to transform how campaigns are delivered and scaled.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all digital operations across studio, performance, and programmatic teams.
Build and refine delivery systems that enable scale, consistency, and speed.
Lead cross-functional WIPs and ensure seamless coordination between account managers, creatives, and media specialists.
Champion the integration of AI tools and automation into campaign planning, content production, and performance optimisation.
Own the end-to-end campaign delivery framework—from briefing to post-campaign reporting.
Implement bottom-up planning systems that support forecasting, pacing, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with strategy and growth leads to align operational metrics with business goals.
Mentor and support team leads across media, content, and client service.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Attributes
7+ years in digital operations, performance marketing, or agency leadership.
Proven experience scaling delivery systems in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
Strong grasp of digital strategy, media performance, and growth planning.
Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows (e.g. predictive analytics, content automation, campaign optimisation).
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with platforms like GA4, Meta Business Suite, DV360, and project management tools.
