As we expand our national footprint, we're looking for an experienced property lawyer to step into a Head of Practice role across Australia – senior leadership position with real influence and a directorship opportunity.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to oversee and grow a national division of legal practice. You'll lead a high-performing team, ensure compliance and quality assurance, develop strategic partnerships, and champion tech-driven transformation in legal services.

• Together with other Heads of Practice, lead and support a national team of lawyers, conveyancers, and managers
• Provide strategic leadership aligned with governance and partnership requirements
• Ensure practice compliance with regulatory standards, service level agreements and internal policies
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement in legal service delivery
• Oversee internal audits, complaints resolution, and quality assurance frameworks
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development
• Act as a key liaison with stakeholders, particularly real estate and financial partners
• Supervise the development of staff and lead structured learning and development initiatives

• 5 - 8+ years PAE in property law with a principal practicing certificate (or ability to obtain one)
• Proven track record in leading and mentoring high-performing legal teams in a dynamic regulatory environment
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and negotiation skills to drive collaboration and business success
• Demonstrated ability to execute business growth strategies, expand service offerings, and enhance operational efficiency
• Expertise in compliance, risk management, and governance with a focus on proactive leadership and strategic oversight
• Enthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivity
