About the Centre:
Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Lake Albert We are a four room, 73 place center who strives in having Serious Fun and providing a nurturing and adaptive curriculum from 6 weeks to 6 years. We are a close-knit team who value honesty, teamwork and communication, and our team prides itself on our ability on being active members of our local community. We are conveniently located in a small and friendly shopping complex and just a short walk from Lake Albert. As part of the Affinity family, you will have endless opportunities to access professional development through our learning hub which includes webinars, workshops and mentoring.
About the Role
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.
About you
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
- A current Working with Children's Check.
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
