Sales Systems Support & Training Administrator – Sydney, NSW. Permanent full-time opportunity in Paramount's Sales Systems Training team for a customer-focused and system-savvy person based in our Sydney office at Pyrmont.

Job Description

Permanent full-time opportunity within our Sales Systems Training team for a customer-focused and system-savvy person based in our Sydney office at Pyrmont. The Sales Systems Support & Training Administrator is responsible for helping broadcast and digital Sales teams navigate the systems required to perform their roles as seamlessly as possible, providing training and troubleshooting issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • Management of the shared inbox used to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • First-level application support to Sales teams and escalation when required
  • Training new Sales staff in the systems they will use and best practices
  • Facilitate monthly meetings with internal and external parties
Qualifications / What we're looking for
  • Media experience is preferred, but we'd consider any experience relating to a sales/booking system (for example travel, hospitality or retail)
  • High attention to detail
  • A customer-focused approach
  • Excellent organisational & communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
  • Computer literacy with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • IBMS Sales and Automated Trading knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
