Primary Objective: Lead a small team to implement and deliver the quality assurance program, lead stakeholder engagement and relationships to develop, monitor and review quality assurance systems and processes. Maintain effective internal controls to service delivery quality and legislative compliance, and to inform direction for continuous quality improvement in children and families, domestic, family and sexual violence and homelessness services.
Remuneration Package: $151,221 - $168,735 (including salary $128,551 - $143,611)
Experience Level: Senior Administrative Officer 1
Responsibilities- Lead a small team to implement and deliver the quality assurance program.
- Engage stakeholders and manage relationships to develop, monitor and review quality assurance systems and processes.
- Maintain effective internal controls to support service delivery quality and legislative compliance.
