Fleurieu Cranes is looking for an organised and detail-driven Purchasing & Inventory Administrator to join our team. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new.

About the Opportunity

Fleurieu Cranes is hiring a Purchasing and Inventory Administrator who's proactive, methodical, and is keen to play a key role in keeping our operations efficient and on track. This is a role where you will truly be able to make it your own.

You will work side by side with our Workshop Manager and support a hardworking team that keeps South Australia's cranes and heavy equipment safe, efficient, and on the move.

The role offers flexibility in days and hours, and we are happy to consider part time or full-time employment.

Your day to day will include :

  • Be the first point of contact for workshop queries
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders, process invoices, and help keep budgets on track
  • Monitor and track stock and parts in our inventory system (NexGen) and reorder parts as required.
  • Support compliance tasks, including Crane Safe certifications and plant onboarding
  • Monitor and manage fuel levels, fleet cards, and fobs
  • Maintain accurate asset records for scheduling and maintenance
  • Assist the crew with admin support, job cards, reporting, and sourcing parts or filters

You are someone who :

Experience in administration (experience in inventory or logistics is desirable but not essential)Calm, collected, and detail-driven — even when juggling competing prioritiesStrong decision making and problem-solving skillsA team first mindset, positive attitude, and approachable natureGreat communication skills with both your team and external stakeholdersConfidence using business systems and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Fleurieu Cranes provide their customers with safe and efficient solutions involving Crane & Related Services throughout South Australia and beyond.

They own, operate, and maintain a comprehensive fleet of cranes ranging in size up to 700T, consisting of City, Franna, and All Terrain Cranes. The team is dedicated and focussed on providing customers with industry leading solutions, with all work undertaken to the highest degree of safety, whilst conforming with all site and statutory regulations.
