What's Involved? As a Grill'd Team Member, you'll be:
  • Bringing good vibes and friendly service to every customer interaction.
  • A station champion working across—chips, buns, dress bench, grill, wrap, floor, and till.
  • Preparing fresh, quality ingredients with love and care.
  • Keeping the restaurant sparkling clean and running smoothly.
  • Thriving in a fun, fast-paced, and team-focused environment.
  • Enjoying flexible shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What We're Looking For

Previous customer-facing or kitchen experience is a bonus. No experience? No worries We provide full training. We're keen to meet people who are:
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and passionate about delivering great service.
  • Team players who enjoy working with others.
  • Great communicators who can bring energy to every shift.
