The opportunity :

Member Support Consultants (MSCs) at our Carseldine club play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. They are the first point of contact for prospective members, inspiring them to start their wellness journey. MSCs are responsible for achieving membership growth through proactive sales and retaining members via exceptional customer service. They seamlessly switch between sales, lead generation, and providing excellent service at the reception desk, while proactively engaging with current members to enhance their experience and retention.

Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to club sales targets through promotions and referral campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality leads via community outreach and seeking referrals
  • Make required number of lead contacts by phone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create positive, personalized member experiences
  • Handle enquiries effectively to achieve successful outcomes
  • Open and close the club as per roster
  • Participate in member retention programs to motivate ongoing fitness journeys
  • Conduct regular service calls to engage members and recommend products to enhance their results

About you :

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and help them succeed
  • Problem-solving skills and resilience
  • Excellent communication skills—listening, understanding, empathizing, influencing
  • Driven to achieve targets and team goals
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes
